Lime-Pear Gelatin Salad


Cool and refreshing any time.

1 (8-serving-size) box lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (29-ounce) can pears with juice
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cream cheese. In blender, puree pears with juice. Add gelatin mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into 8-cup bowl or mold and refrigerate overnight.

Serves 12 to 15.
